UV-LED technology can provide mono- and polychromatic illumination for DMD applications using projection chips like DLP® 9000 or DLP® 9500.
Compact design, smart integration and highest intensities characterizes the DMD solution that we distribute.
The emitter technology used is capable of providing a superior UV-LED illumination for challenging exposure applications based on DLP® technology. Especially setups that require the highest intensities and multi-wavelength spectrum are perfectly fitted. With a Numerical Aperture of 0.2 (beam angle of ±12°) and a very high illumination uniformity, it is a perfect solution for DLP®-chip exposure.

The DMD illuminator provides optical radiation power of up to 30W. Single and multi-wavelength setups are available (365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, 405 nm). The solution offers radiation power comparable to mercury discharge lamps, but with the lifetime and TCO benefits of LED technology. Furthermore, it can perfectly replace monochromatic laser diode (e.g., LD 405 nm) based illuminators, where a broader wavelength spectrum is needed.
The system is particularly designed for the DLP® 9000 and DLP® 9500 chips and can be easily integrated into your DMD-based system. Make use of this advanced LED light source when it comes to custom spectral composition requirements.
